Cherise was absolutely wonderful. I loved how personal and sweet her words were. We didn't really know what to expect, so I thought we'd just have a generic cermony, but everything she said was so specific to who we are as a couple. It was perfect and added to a perfect day.

If you need an officiant look no further!!! I could not have imagined my wedding ceremony to be any better! My husband and I planned a very last minute elopement to Mount Rainier with no clue on where we wanted to exchange vows. She gave us recommendations, had outstanding communication and was very flexible & understanding with us. There was something about our first conversation that made me trust her fully and herise felt more like a friend! I gave her full freedom to write our ceremony, it was above and beyond our expectations. There wasn’t a single guest at our wedding that didn’t shed a tear. My family doesn’t stop talking about how perfect our ceremony was (even my never cries, man of men father in law cried!!) She was exactly what our ceremony needed & we are so grateful that she was a special part of it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for the memories we will carry with us for a lifetime! We decided to go with the Quickie service for our elopement! Cherise was very responsive, flexible, and personable. We were just expecting her to literally just say "do you take ____" but she surprised us with a beautiful vow that brought both of us to tears. I can't imagine having anyone other than Cherise officiate our elopement. She made everyone feel very comfortable, it was like having a friend officiate. Cherise was amazing! I was blown away at how beautiful our ceremony was because of her words and her presence. With very little back and forth she came up with something that felt extremely personal, like we’d known her for years. Searching for an officiant online when you don’t know someone personally is very daunting but I got a great feeling from her, went with that, and we were so so happy with our ceremony. She helped coordinate the documents and signatures with ease. On the pandemic front as a very small detail bonus, the ppe she wore during the ceremony was clear and almost invisible; it was nice to be able to see her mouth as she spoke during the ceremony. I can’t wait to get our photos back, our photo with her will be a cherished memory! Thank you Cherise! From the start Cherise set me at ease with her quick responsiveness. Even though our day could have easily been canceled due to inclement weather, Cherise and her positive attitude made our wedding seem as if there were no changes at all. Great Officiant!
Cherise is great! She was flexible when our date shifted and she provided helpful examples of vows and ring exchanges for us to choose from (or create our own). The day of the ceremony she was on time (unlike me) and so helpful. Her remarks during the ceremony were really special. We highly recommend!

Cherise was amazing! Like so many others, my partner and I had to reimagine our wedding ceremony due to Covid 19 restrictions. Cherise not only understood exactly what we wanted but was super flexible and was able to accommodate our preferences last minute (lead up time was less than 2 weeks). The actual ceremony was at a park by my house and was absolutely perfect. I can’t recommend Cherise enough.

Amazing officiant!
Cherise was an absolutely amazing officiant for our elopement in Olympic National Park. She incorporated everything we said we wanted in a ceremony, was fun to work with, and accommodating. It’s a shame I’ll only get married once, or I would 100% hire her again!

Cherise was absolutely amazing. She was easy to talk to and get to know virtually. She made our ceremony unique by the special sweet words she said. Both me and my husband were so happy that she married us. And she gave us a very nice gift that brought tears to my eyes: she wrote down her notes for the ceremony and gave them to us afterwards. Cherise was an incredible officiant! We searched for a long time to find someone that we felt a connection with. After a brief phone call to get to know each other, we knew that she would be the perfect person to officiate our wedding. She was kind, easy to talk to, friendly, and really took the time to get to know us and ask about our life and relationship so that she could create a personalized ceremony. We knew that we wanted to add in some sort of unity ceremony, but didn't know exactly what. Cherise suggested handfasting and ring warming to help include our family that was attending. These two simple additions really made our ceremony feel special and personal. Our ceremony also took place near Cannon Beach, OR and Cherise had no problem traveling to us despite being outside of her usual locations. She was also super flexible and patient with us when we were running late getting to the ceremony site from our Airbnb. She submitted our marriage license paperwork right away- our offical marriage license was processed and waiting for us before we even got home to North Carolina! I really loved working with Cherise, and I'm so glad that we were able to use her as our officiant. She really helped make the most special day of our lives even more personal and meaningful.

Cherise is amazing!! If you’re in the market for a wedding officiant, look no further. We could tell on the initial consult call that Cherise was who we wanted to go with, she was so friendly and personable and asked all the right questions to guide us towards having a wonderful ceremony. At first both my husband and I were pretty sure we wanted to ask a family member or friend to officiate our wedding, but as we went through the list we really couldn’t pinpoint the right person for the role. We met with a few other officiants before finding Cherise and were somewhat discouraged on what to do. But as soon as we met Cherise we both immediately vibed with her and knew we wanted her to be a part of our big day. Our first call with her ended with both us saying, "wow, she seems cool!" She was great throughout the whole planning process and made some really fun suggestions for our ceremony such as including a wine unity ceremony that we had never seen but our guests completely loved it. She was open to our feedback, showed up early, and did a great job with our ceremony and all of the paperwork. She completely personalized the ceremony for us so that it was totally like it was a friend like we wanted all along and not someone we hired. We loved having Cherise be our officiant and will recommend her to any future couples tying the knot!

Cherise was absolutely amazing, from the beginning of our initial phone I knew I would love her! During the whole.process I told her my vision, incorporated our love story and it was everything. It was the perfect touch to make us feel united even more at the alter. I had also asked her to read a Native American blessing over us to represent my family heritage and it sounded beautiful! Cherise is a delight to work with, from the first time you speak with her to the biggest moment of your life. Not only is she kind, funny, and excellent at what she does, but is also extremely patient and helpful. Cherise is WONDERFUL. From the get go she was so sweet and helpful. Before we booked her as our officiant we chatted on the phone, and I could tell right away from her personality that she would do an amazing job. She sent us some questionnaires to help get to know us and figure out what we would want to include in our ceremony. She also helped us know where to get our marriage license and what to expect with that process.
The day of our elopement we were running a bit behind schedule, but Cherise was super patient and understanding. The ceremony she put together was absolutely PERFECT, there was not a single word I would change. It included sweet tidbits about our relationship (and our cats), written sooo eloquently! I'm a wedding photographer so I attend a lot of ceremonies, but I have never heard a ceremony so well done as the one Cherise wrote for us. It was so beautiful and personal, it was so special to us. After our wedding day was over, my husband and I both said our ceremony was our favorite part of the day.

We can’t say enough amazing things about our experience with Cherise. We were a tough couple to work with being that we had to make many unforeseen changes to our wedding day, literally up until the last minute. Not only was Cherise flexible and kind throughout the process.. she never showed any stress or frustration by any of the changes. She also went above and beyond for us in recommending other avenues when ours kept falling through. She has the most calming presence about her which we noticed right from our initial phone call. Cherise is amazing! She kept in communication with us from the time we booked and post-wedding with helpful reminders and tips, which was very helpful. The ceremony was perfect and she customized her pieces to include stories we had shared and our fur babies! Cherise was the perfect officiant for our wedding. She was extremely responsive throughout the process leading up to the event, and she takes time to learn about the couple and incorporate tons of personalization into the ceremony, including understanding things that you don’t want or like in weddings and making sure to stay away from those topics or language. Cherise was very attentive to how I wanted the tone and structure of the ceremony to go and executed it perfectly. The script she prepared was highly personalized, lighthearted and positive- and she left a beautifully printed copy of the ceremony script with us after, which was such a sweet touch.
